Let's see, coffee, a tape measurer, thread, an empty chair, and an empty glass. Well, when I look at the glass, I think of the phrase 'seeing the glass half empty or full,' but here it' completely empty. I really like that.
Maybe the chair is empty because you aren't sitting at the table eating like you should and trying to not eat or you excused yourself early.
The tape measurer obviously because you're measuring your waist to see your progress.
The coffee because you drink it instead of food? or are constantly tired? or are addicted?
The spool of thread...I really can't figure that out.

thiose are all really good
the coffee is for a food substitute, and the smell of cofffee decreases hunger, i am also addicted to it/always tired
the water glass is just a little bit full of water, mostly empty though, drink lots of water so you are full/hurting so you cant eat
the tape measure for progress
spool of red thread is because you tie a red bracelet on your wrists to show other anas that you have ana/remind yourself not to eat
its dark in the room to show sadness
and allt he chairs are empty to show how lonely it feels

Oh! I didn't know about that bracelet thing. But it's actually bad to starve yourself, because when you do eat, your body automatically turns it into fat to keep from starving. It sorta has the opposite effect....
